The property is located approximately 800 feet south of FM 2234 (McHard Road) at the intersection with Chimney Rock, approximately 3 miles east of the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road. Mustang Bayou crosses the southern portion of the site and the American Canal (drainage canal) runs east/west through roughly the center of the property.
