Hidden Lakes - situated on 65 acres in League City, TX is located along the southwest and northeast sides of South Shore Boulevard, north of F.M. 646 and south of Highway 96 near Clear Lake. The project abuts the eastern and southern portions of the adjacent Bayridge community and abuts Gum Bayou to the east.

Hidden Lakes Phase I will feature some 214 family home sites which is one of a three phase 640 acre master-planned community that will be called home by some 700 families.

Hidden Lakes has planned amenities for a recreation center, lakes, waterpark with pool/waterslide, walking trails, a brick parameter wall, pool, fishing pier and lake side park and playground. Children will attend school in the Clear Creek ISD School District.

Homes in Hidden Lakes are expected to be priced from $200,000 to $400,000.
