Mr. Calhoun joined the Centurion American Development Group team in 1998. Mr. Calhoun’s experience includes serving as the Director of City Planning and eleven years as the City Manager for the City of Arlington where he oversaw 2000 city employees and managed an annual budget in excess of $100 million. After his tenure with the City of Arlington, Mr. Calhoun served as Vice President of Development for Herman Smith & Co. where he coordinated the construction of high-end subdivision and a 350,00 square-foot shopping center. Mr. Calhoun’s first-hand knowledge of local governments along with his development background is a significant asset to the Centurion American Development Group team. A graduate of Texas A & M University, Mr. Calhoun is a registered Landscape Architect with election to the American Society of Landscape Architects.
